• Maintain and manage well existing projects to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement three new projects over the period.

Working arrangements

• Develop more twinning arrangements/centres in support of existing and new projects.
• Develop closer practical working arrangements with Eurocare CF and CF Trust.
• Improve frequency and range of communication about work and achievements.
• Develop relationships with commercial organisations without compromising independence or values.

Organisation

• Improve Board management and governance.
• Strengthen Charity management and administration.
• Ensure CHI keeps abreast of latest developments in CF and Charity management.
• Ensure sufficient fundraising to achieve targets and remain financially viable.
